The digital audio player offers 4 modes – Saregama, USB/AUX IN, FM/AM and Bluetooth. The Saregama Mode is categorized into – Artists, Specials, Geetmala and Wifi. Artists includes 65+ music stations dedicated to legends like Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhosle, Mohd, Rafi, R.D. Burman, Gulzar, Rishi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachan, Noor Jehan, Mukesh, Nargis, Rekha etc. The stations can be selected by just turning a jog-dial. Specials category offers an array of specially curated 15+ music stations like Romance, Sad, Gurbani, Mangeskars, Kapoors, Ghazal, Bhakti, Songs with dialogues, Hindustani Instrumental and many more. The Geetmala houses the entire 50 years Ameen Sayani’s Geetmala countdown collection spanning across 50 volumes. The Wifi category which is the latest addition allows you to connect with your home Wifi and offers content for each member of your family. To enjoy Wi-Fi based stations connect Carvaan to a Wi-Fi network using the ‘Saregama Carvaan’ app. It gives you access to additional 15000 Hindi songs along with 180+ daily updated Wifi based audio stations. The Wifi based stations include content spread across genres like Devotional, Lifestyle, Health & Wellness, Kids, Entertainment and many more. With the option to tune into FM/AM, Carvaan doubles up as your home radio. You can also enjoy your personal collection of songs by plugging in a USB drive. Alternatively, you can connect your phone or tablet to Carvaan using Bluetooth or an AUX IN cable. Carvaan works on a rechargeable battery that lasts upto 5 hours.
